The Filipino receptionist was very friendly, accommodating and the property was clean and big. The location was just 10min walk from Al Ain Mall. It's really perfect and also less than 10min drive to the venue of the event I attended.

The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. I appreciated the smooth check-in. The gentleman in the reception was very accommodating. He allowed my relative to extend their stay while I made the payment later that evening when I arrived at the hotel.

I stayed at Top Hotel Apartments in Al Ain recently. The location is convenient and the apartment was spacious and clean, which I appreciated. However, there are a few areas that need improvement: • The building is not well insulated from outside noise, which made it hard to relax. • The curtains do not block sunlight effectively, so the room gets bright early in the morning. If these issues are addressed, the experience would be much better. Overall, it’s a reasonable option for short stays, but I hope they improve soundproofing and curtain quality soon.

The location was fantastic, and the staff, particularly the receptionist and security personnel, were very helpful. The rooms were spacious, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong with no disturbances. Public paid parking was available at all times and was affordable. Cleanliness was satisfactory, and the area was nice, situated across from the police station. There were also two excellent restaurants nearby.

The staff are helpful and been good. The place itseld is accessible to many locatons. Would recommend for anyone.

The view and ambience of the hotel. Just need more kind or smile for the reception .. security was in good service, near by supermaket 24h for sure i will come back
